Baycliff is a pleasant and peaceful village, which lies by the shore of Morecambe bay five miles south of Ulverston. This charming village has picturesque views over Morecambe bay, a village green, farm shop and of course the Farmers Arms pub dispensing food and drink to the local community.

From the M6 junction 36 follow the A590, signposted Barrow. Continue on the A590 through Ulverston take the second exit at the Booths roundabout after approximately a quarter mile turn left onto the A5087 coast road. Follow the coast road for approximately 5 miles until you reach the village of Baycliff. Upon reaching Baycliff bear right and then right again, the development will then be facing you
