M61 – Junction 5 to Common Nook, Ince, WN2 2TA.

At the roundabout take the exit signposted A58/Snydale Way heading towards Leigh/ Wigan/ A577/ A58. Continue along the A58 for approximately 4 miles. At the junction with the A577 turn right onto Atherton Road. Continue along the A577 for approximately 1 mile, Walmesley Park will be on your left, then turn left onto Common Nook. The development is at the end of the lane.

M6 – Junction 26 to Common Nook, Ince, WN2 2TA

At Junction 26 take the M58 exit to Liverpool/ Southport/ Skelmersdale, continue to the next roundabout and take the second exit onto the A577 towards Billinge/ Upholland/ Orrel/ Wigan and stay on the A577 for approximately 2.5 miles. Bear left onto the A49 after approximately 1 mile turn left onto the A49 Chapel Lane, take the next left onto the A49 King Street, take the next right onto Rodney Street follow the road to the right onto Harrogate Street. Turn left onto the A577 Darlington Street continue along the A577 for about 1.5 miles, then right left onto Common Nook. The development is at the end of the lane.
